JILL GOLDSTEIN, PH.D.

Dr. Goldstein is a Senior Associate at Vida Ventures. In addition to serving on Volastra’s board, she is currently a board observer at Affini-T and Halda and was previously a board observer at Tectonic (NASDAQ: TECX).

Prior to joining Vida in 2019, Dr. Goldstein was a postdoctoral fellow at Harvard University in the Department of Stem Cell and Regenerative Biology. There, she studied blood and muscle stem cell function in the context of aging and tissue regeneration.  Dr. Goldstein completed her Ph.D. in Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology at Yale University, where her research focused on skin stem cell biology in the context of tissue maintenance and cancer. She earned a B.S. in Biochemistry and German Studies with high distinction from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
